Hi all! Today is my first post in my weekly series called Monday Munchies! Every Monday I will be sharing a simple, clean eating snack idea. My goal is to help you start off your week the right way by sharing easy recipes using items you already have in your pantry!

Strawberries are on sale!!! I love Spring. Have I mentioned that before?

This dip is delighfully delicious and delightfully easy. Perfect for a rushed morning or as an after school snack. My boyfriend, Tony, decided he wanted to help cut the strawberries. He's such a jokester!

But he did the hardest part of this recipe for me! I hope you enjoy this simple dip using greek yogurt, honey, peanut butter, and strawberries.

Grab whatever fruit you have on hand and dig in!

Ingredients

5 3⁄10 oz
Greek Yogurt (soy yogurt will work here also)
4 t
Honey (less if you like it less sweet)
3 t
peanut butter
1
Strawberry

Instructions

Mix together greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey. Then chop one strawberry into very small pieces. Stir in the strawberry and that's it! You have a delicious snack that will please everyone. Happy Monday Munching everyone!

Notes

When using organic or all natural peanut butter it is natural for separation to occur. If you notice oil on top, simply stir the peanut butter together until it reaches your desired consistency.

Wow! This sounds delicious! I think Dad would even like this one!

Mamashay, Yay for greek yogurt! It is a great substitute for cream cheese :)
