Pecans have always been a big deal in my family. At my grandparents' house in the Mississippi Delta there are giant pecan trees. I remember as a child my dad climbing the tall trees and shaking the branches. Then all us kids would run to gather up the pecans. Hi all! Welcome back to Monday Munchies where I share with you a simple recipe that you can make using ingredients you most likely already have on hand.
