Two problems, one solution. 1. I've had an Elite Pressure Cooker collecting dust in my cabinets for months. 2. I've had an insane desire to make some delicious bone broth. Summer is a fun, active time of year for me. There are days when I want to spend as much time as possible outdoors jogging, cycling, or going to the river with my friends.
