Vegan Southern Goodness
At our house we try to eat meat-free at least 3-4 times a week for budget and health reasons. When you eat vegetarian that often, it's important to keep variety in your diet. This week I have been hunting for some exciting Southern style vegan options to add to our weekly meals.
OMG! Who even knew this could be made vegan! So many childhood memories revolve around this meal. I can't wait to add this to our menu.
