Clean Eating Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

Hi my name is Jessica and I am obsessed with Autumn. I admit it. OBSESSED!

All year I wait for the hot days to change over into cool, crisp mornings. I love Winter even more, but we will save that for another day.

I enjoy a rich, indulgent pumpkin spice drink as much as anyone, but I try to be cautious with what foods I put into my body on a daily basis. I make every attempt to eat whole foods that are minimally processed. I decided I wanted to add more pumpkin spice into my life without all of the added sugars so I created this simple recipe. 

I really like to chill it for few hours before using it, to allow it to solidify a bit and then dollop it into my coffee for a perfect Fall beverage. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Organic Coconut Milk (whole fat)
1 T
Pumpkin Pie Spice
4 T
Honey (more if you want it really sweet)


  1. In a large bowl whisk the contents of the canned coconut milk until it forms a smooth texture.
  2. Add honey and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Continue whisking until all ingredients are incorporated and the texture is smooth. 
  4. Store in an airtight container and enjoy with your favorite coffee!
