I'm participating in the See Jane Write challenge: 28 days of grace

You made it through January. You accomplished some of your goals, stuck to some of your resolutions, but missed the mark on a few. How should you deal with those missed goals or resolutions? Show yourself GRACE.

This year is one of the most exciting years of my life. I have launched Spiffy Eats as a full-time venture, I'll be hosting an Instagram challenge, and I'm writing an e-course. I'm getting to know my audience of food photographers better than I ever have. And I am in complete control of my time for the first time in a long time.

I set some pretty lofty goals for the month of January. And while I reached many of them, a lot of them are left undone. As February approaches, of course I am considering ways to celebrate with my partner, but even more than that I am looking at different ways to show myself grace. Yes, you read that right. February is all about loving myself.

When you think about putting yourself first, do you feel selfish? You're not alone. Most of us deal with that. But, if you take the time to think about it, loving yourself and showing yourself grace puts you in the best position to love and support others. If we truly take care of our own needs emotioally, physically, and spiritually we are in a clearer more stable state of mind.

I hope you will consider taking the 28 Days of Grace Challenge! Head over to Javacia's post on the See Jane Write website to read all the details!
