Pumpkin smoothie bowl


Fall is in full swing and I couldn't be happier. The joy that comes with the cooler weather, warm auntum hues, and comforting recipes is like nothing else! Fall is my favorite. 

This is the simplest smoothie bowl, but the texture and flavor is so good. Plus you can switch it up by adding in some extras or topping it with different spices. 

Wanna give a quick shoutout to food freedom. I love being able to enjoy a smoothie without feeling obligated to have tons of veggies in it. Veggies in smoothies can be great- but I'm giving you persmission today to have an all fruit smoothie ANYTIME you want it! This one is mainly just bananas. And it's delicious and I loved every bite. 

Ingredients

2
bananas (frozen)
2 T
Pumpkin Puree (butternut squash works just fine too)
1⁄4 c
milk of choice (more or less depending on your preference for the consistency)

Instructions

Add all your ingredients to a high speed blender and slowly increase the speed. Add more milk as needed to reach your desired consistency. Add the milk slowly to keep it extra thick and creamy. 

Feel free to add whatever toppings you like! Pumpkin spice, pecans, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, almonds, whipped cream, yogurt! Dress it up however you like.
