This was the first week of the Pepper Place Farmer's Market in Birmingham. I was so excited about this day, and I was not disappointed. The place was filled with vendors from all over the area selling fresh, high quality products. Check out these pastured eggs I grabbed from Marble Creek Farmstead . I could hardly wait to get home and make something fun with them! So without further adieu, here is my recipe for Clean Eating Egg Salad!
