I’ve GOT to tell you guys about my favorite new app- MyFLO. It’s so much more than a period tracker. This app was created by Alissa Vitta, the author of Woman Code . Woman Code breaks down the biological effect that food has on our endocrine system. The theory of the woman code way is that you eat certain foods that contain certain nutrients based on where you’re at in your cycle.
