Let me introduce you to our speakers!
Meet Audrey Davis.
"Audrey Davis received her B.F.A with a concentration in photography from Birmingham-Southern College. After graduating she exhibited several fine art series while also supporting herself through working in restaurants. Her separate love of food and photography collided when Time INC. Food Studios announced their move to Birmingham. She pursued the prop fellowship program and later accepted the position of prop coordinator. As prop coordinator at Time, Audrey is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and inventorying props, painting surfaces, and prop styling. She hopes to develop a hybrid position in the future of prop stylist and surface maker."

Meet Rishon Hanners.
"Rishon has a Bachelor's in Journalism from UA (Roll Tide) and Associate's in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales Univ. in Devner, CO. She grew up cooking in her parent's restaurant and then continued throughout college (Hotel Capstone in Tuscaloosa, Souper Jenny in ATL), but always knew that her passion for food and media would one day merge. After culinary school she became an intern at Time Inc. with Oxmoor House Books where she discovered the art of food styling. She was hired on as a Food Styling Assistant when the Time Inc Food Studios were formed in Jan. 2016, where she works across all food related brands such as Cooking Light, Southern Living, MyRecipes.com, Health, Real Simple, etc."

Meet Beth Branch.
"Beth Branch is a Birmingham native and food blogger at bethcakes.com. Beth has been blogging for about seven years, and has always used natural light when it comes to photography--partially because that's what's easiest, and partially because photography equipment is expensive! Shooting in natural light has become her preferred style, and she believes anyone can shoot good quality food photos with the right lighting."
