Go-to morning smoothie recipe
Today I want to share with you guys my go-to smoothie recipe! I am not a fan of big meals when I wake up early in the mornings. I need something simple and easy to consume that will give me a ton of nutrients quickly. This smoothie recipe gives me the energy I need to get through my busy work day and feel great.
1⁄2 cYour favorite dairy free unsweetened yogurt
1 cFrozen berries
1⁄2 cFresh spinach
1⁄2 cAlmond Milk (organic, unsweetened)
1⁄4 tTurmeric Powder
1⁄4 cCoconut water (organic)
Blend all ingredients together and consume with delight!
