Go-to morning smoothie recipe

Today I want to share with you guys my go-to smoothie recipe! I am not a fan of big meals when I wake up early in the mornings. I need something simple and easy to consume that will give me a ton of nutrients quickly. This smoothie recipe gives me the energy I need to get through my busy work day and feel great. 

Ingredients

1
Banana
1⁄2 c
Your favorite dairy free unsweetened yogurt
1 c
Frozen berries
1⁄2 c
Fresh spinach
1⁄2 c
Almond Milk (organic, unsweetened)
1⁄4 t
Turmeric Powder
1⁄4 c
Coconut water (organic)

Instructions

Blend all ingredients together and consume with delight!
