How I am training for a 5k

I haven't done a fitness post in a while. To be honest, most of my summer fintess has consisted of outdoor adventures with the dog. I do not follow a specific fitness plan during the summer because I know that I will get outside and be active every chance I get! Todd and I at The Preserve doing some waterfall hiking!
