This recipe is inspired by the lovely colors of Spring. My allergies may not be happy, but this superfood latte is sure to soothe them. Beets are full of things our bodies need like: Iron Magnesium Folic Acid Calcium They are thought to be anti-inflammatory, cleanse the colon, and create an overall sense of well-being.
