My favorite hot tea right now
One of the suggestions I recently received on my post about stress reducing methods was incorporating more hot tea into my life. I love teas, but sometimes I do not make the time to sit and relax with a warm cup at the end of the day. I have started adding this routine back into my life and I can tell a difference in my level of calm.
